We are Harry & Fawn Blodgett, owners and
operators of Iowa Trophy Outfitters located in the southeast Iowa town of Brighton. Our
love and passion for hunting has taken our lives into a venture of the outdoors. We were
inspired at a very early age by our families to be the best at what you dream in life.
Our dreams have landed us in the best
Whitetail and Turkey area of the country. As you know from all of the national TV Boone
& Crocket exposure, Iowa is one of the best areas for trophy Whitetails. I have been
in the hunting industry professionally for twenty-five years, starting as a custom turkey
call maker with Blodgett Calls. Blodgett Calls has allowed me to hunt in some of the best
spots in the country, and as you can imagine, Southeast Iowa is by far the best that I
have ever experienced.
The true magnitude of the deer and turkeys'
body and antler size has put memories into my mind that won’t go away. I have
encountered world record class typical and non-typical whitetails in and around Iowa
Trophy Outfitters properties.
Our love and passion lands us in the
whitetail and turkey woods 365 days a year. We know where and what the deer are doing in
every stage of their lives. I have harvested 32 record book bucks in my life time and it's
time to pass the smiles to others hunters that hasn't been so fortunate to hunt in areas
that produce the unbelievable amount of world class deer.
